  • Reformer Intro Classes

    The Pilates Reformer is a special apparatus developed by Joseph Pilates. The exercises are practiced with resistance from spring weights and your own body weight. Working on the machine is effective for improving strength and flexibility.

    We offer Intro classes twice per month as well as 5 week intro courses based on interest.

  • Intermediate Vinyasa Technique w Mats Onsum

    In this 2,5 hour workshop with Mats Onsum we will focus on proper asana technique with an emphasis on inversions, arm balances and intermediate level postures. We will go through a warm up Vinyasa Flow sequence before breaking down and exploring postures and principles. Come join the fun!
