Elva takes its name from the beautiful Akerselva and is located just beside it. We offer Yoga and Pilates classes for new beginners as well as more experienced practitioners. Our dedicated and experienced instructors have a background in various forms of movement, dance and sports. The classes we offer are both challenging and safe with a focus on functional anatomy, injury prevention and reducing stress levels. Our international team of instructors teach classes in English or Norwegian upon request.
