Please follow the steps below to register your new user account. First, you will receive an invitation from our automated e-mail address: do notreply@myspacesworks.com.
1. Click the link in the welcome mail:
2. Register with e-mail (not login), and click Continue:
3. You will receive a verification code by e-mail:
4. Enter the verification code:
5. Fill in your personal details and click Finish:
6. Choose your preferred verification method, get the code (e-mail or phone) and receive the code:
7. Accept the invitation:
8. Your registration is complete.
HOW TO USE E-LOCK IN APP: 1. Click Access (Tilgang):
1. Tap your phone on the e-lock, and click the Open door (Åpen dør) button. Make sure to activate bluetooth:
2. The door should open.
When you arrive at the entrance of Spaces Grünerløkka, tap your phone on the SPACES e-lock to the right, and the door will unlock and open automatically.
How to Fix Missing Verification Emails
If you are not receiving the OTP (One-Time Password) verification e-mail when registering or logging into the Customer Portal it is possible that e-mail has ended up in the spam folder or has been blocked. Follow the general steps below to help solve that problem:
1. Check the spam folder.
2. Add the sender donotreply@spacesworks.com to your contacts 3. Create a filter to always allow emails from donotreply@spacesworks.com 4. Whitelist the Domain (e.g. Regus.com)
Please find below some detailed steps for configuring the settings for the most popular email providers. For other e-mail providers, the same general instructions will still apply:
gmail.com
1. Add the sender to your contacts
a. Open one of the OTP emails.
b. Hover over the sender's name or email address (e.g. DoNotReply@regus.com). c. Click "Add to Contacts".
2. Create a filter to always allow emails from
donotreply@spacesworks.com
a. Click the gear icon in Gmail (top right) and select "See all settings". b. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab and click "Create a new filter". c. Enter the sender's email address or domain donotreply@spacesworks.com in the "From" field.
d. Click "Create filter", then select:
i. "Never send it to Spam".
ii. Optionally, choose "Always mark it as important" or apply a label for easier identification.
a. Save the filter.
3. Whitelist the Domain (e.g. Regus.com)
a. In Gmail, go to Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses.
b. Add a new filter specifying the sender's domain or email
donotreply@spacesworks.com
c. Check "Never send it to Spam" and save.
Yahoo
1. Add the sender to your contacts
a. Open one of the OTP emails.
b. Hover over the sender's name or email address
(donotreply@spacesworks.com).
c. Click "Add to Contacts".

a. Go to the Settings menu (gear icon) and select More Settings. b. Click on Filters and then Add a New Filter.
c. Set conditions to match the sender’s email address

d. Save the filter
3. Whitelist the Domain (e.g. Regus.com)
a. In More Settings, navigate to Spam
b. Review any blocked addresses and ensure your contact’s email isn’t listed Outlook.com

a. Open the email and click the sender’s name at the top.
b. Select Add to contacts and fill in the details.
c. Click Save. Emails from saved contacts are less likely to be flagged as spam. 2. Create a filter to always allow emails from
donotreply@spacesworks.com
a. Click the Settings gear icon and select View all Outlook settings. b. Go to Mail > Rules, then click Add new rule.
c. Name your rule (e.g., "Allow Contact's Emails").
d. Under Add a condition, choose From and enter the sender’s email address. e. Under Add an action, select Move to Inbox.
f. Click Save.
3. Whitelist the Domain
a. Go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Junk email. b. Check the Blocked senders and domains list and ensure your contact’s email address isn’t blocked.
c. Remove it if found.
